You need this form to record any expenses that you may incur whilst at work. Send the completed form to us along with photocopies of your receipts and we'll process it for you without delay. Claiming expenses will reduce the amount of Income Tax and National Insurance you pay.

Form P46 - Taking on a New Employee

You need this form if you have just joined us and do not have a P45 from a previous employer. This will help us to get your Income Tax deductions correct and inform HMRC of your new employment.
